Some minor and some worth talking with your GP about.</p>
<p>I too have loose motions from time to time, and stop taking OFEF for a day to allow the gut to calm down. I also seem to have developed an intolerance to Gluten, which can be a problem if the wrong food&hellip;</p>

<p>I have only just noticed this topic on the Forums. I have noticed more problems with cramping calf muscles, particularly in the morning when I first wake and stretch out before getting up. For these cramps, I get up smartly and stand and drink some water. The cramps instantly vanish. I also find that  a loperimide capsule helps greatly at onset.</p>

<p>I am too old for a lung transplant but still doing well enough after 7 years since diagnosis.  Began Ofef in 2018 after participating in the trial of pamrevlumab.</p>
<p>I am still moderately active, doing shorter walks than in the past and at a slower speed. I play an afternoon of lawn bowls at least once a week.</p>

I am not too worried about my gradual weight loss. My bmi is too high anyway and after two hips being replaced a number of years ago, some less weight takes the load off major joints. Lack of oxygen starves the muscles and to make this up the body tends to absorb firstly fat and then muscle condition. I imagine that diarrhea also can have some effect, as nutrient is lost from the body system.
