My doctor said it is from food aspiration and suggests a fundoplication procedure where<br />
the lower part of the esophagus is wrapped around the top of the stomach and stapled.  Food or fumes would not be able to go back to the lungs. You would have to eat small portions. However, it greatly affects my essential tremor and I shake badly, including internal tremor.</p>

I didn&#8217;t notice any difference nor had any side effects.  I did have a PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) done shortly after taking the GCHC and my lung function had decreased since 2017.
