Very successful so far. Stopped the progression of my PF at 10% scarring.  Credit also goes to exercise, daily walking 2- 4 miles, Pilates 2X a week with breathing to increase lung function . Daily use of Aerobika or Volara lung cleaning and expansion devices.  My PF was apparently caused by&hellip;</p>

<p>I use salt therapy 2X a Day. Morning and evening with a nebulizer 7% salt solution. Either with a Aerobika or Volara device. Cleans my lungs out and improves my O2 percentage. I think it has been a big help.  My FVC has gone from 90% of expected to 107% of expected over the last 2 years. My PF scaring, 10%. Has not gotten worse since&hellip;</p>

I think it also helps my Pulmonary Fibrosis, which has had no change during the period.</p>
<p>Currently use a Mitoredlight 1500 panel daily for 20 minutes front and back.</p>
