Last July, I had colon resection surgery and it turned out just fine.  20 inches of colon was removed and my recovery was painless and uneventful. I&#8217;m pretty sure I was dealing with IPf for months prior to the diagnosis.  I started taking OFEV shortly thereafter, 100 MG, and dealt with a lot of diarrhea, fatigue and headaches.  My pulmonologist switched my dosage to 150 MG, but after a few months I had to  dial back to 100.  I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s the&hellip;<span class="activity-read-more" id="activity-read-more-39282"><a href="https://pulmonaryfibrosisnews.com/forums/forums/topic/split-ofev-doseages/#post-35296" rel="nofollow"> Read more</a></span></p>
