The loose motions seem quite common, and pausing Ofev briefly sounds reasonable. You’re right about hidden gluten, it can be tricky to avoid. Tracking food triggers definitely helps manage the side effects.</p>

A saline spray or humidifier might help with congestion. Some also find nasal strips useful.</p>

<p>I haven’t heard of laser therapy being widely used for pulmonary fibrosis, it’s mostly in research or clinical trials. You could check clinicaltrials.gov for any studies. Definitely talk to your pulmonologist before trying it to understand the risks and benefits.</p>

Try cleaning or checking the filters and make sure it’s in an open, well-ventilated area. If it still beeps, contact your oxygen provider to have it checked.</span></p>
