Pulmonary Hypertension PHT? Tyvaso?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>I&#8217;ve had IPF for almost 10 years and went on <b>Pirfenidone</b> almost 3 years ago. I started down this road in 98 with my first heart attack and now have 5 stents. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary hypertension last October and went on Tyvaso then after taking the build up doses I got up to 48mg 4xdaily but it was hard on my digestive system so backed&hellip;</p>

Part of who I am is taking care of and doing for other people but I&#8217;m learning what I can and can&#8217;t do. I don&#8217;t want to dump it all on my partner but am learning to ask and communicate my needs better.</p>

I&#8217;m not taking any pain meds and don&#8217;t really want to (that&#8217;s subject to change though). I don&#8217;t get out much, maybe once or twice a week depending on the Minnesota weather.</p>

I am planning on getting palpative care and have been talking occasionally with a mental health profesional. I understand the &#8220;good  fortune&#8221; I have by being able to get things in order before leaving and am not really concerned about what happens after. Coat, boots, pants,, hat &amp; gloves all good but looking for a solution to the canola air/problem. I&#8217;ve tried scarfs and different types of gators but can&#8217;t come up with anything that&#8217;s not shortly soaked with moisture from exhalation. In Minnesota&hellip;</p>

<p>Im just doing a couple different Quest VR boxing programs in a swivel chair, supernatural and lite boxer . Both require movement and facing hence the swivel chair. rounds in both time out to aroung 2 minutes so I can catch my breath between.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m in Minnesota and It has been cold as Hell since December. The extremes of below about 10f really slowed me down even just walking my dogs! I used to get in at least 1 mile ady, quite often two but this winter the cold just stole my breath even with a mask.
