<p><span>We benefit only while we are receiving oxygen.</span></p>
<p><span>Breathlessness is not a sign of low oxygen. </span></p>
<p><span>We become breathless when the carbon dioxide, a waste product, builds uo in our lungs.  Purse-lip breathing helps clear carbon dioxide &#8211; so does blowing up a  balloon, and its faster. Blow into the balloon&hellip;</span></p>

I received Quickvue tests from CVS and USPS free tests. On days 24 and 25, I got negative results using the BinaxNow tests. On day 26, I was congested and tested positive with a Quickvue test. On day 27, I did three tests: Quickvue positive, BinaxNow negative, and Quickvue positive. I have been taking curcumin as Tumeric capsules bought from Costco (the one in the square black bottle, not Kirkland) for at least the last ten years. The recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules; I take one capsule a day every day. In February 2022, I was diagnosed with mild IPF.
