I have been on OFEV for 3 months with 150 X 2 daily. I was quite concerned about taking this as I also have diverticulitis. So, in the am I take tablet with a bowl of oatmeal and a slice of raisin bread toast and in evening after dinner with a couple oatmeal cookies and this has resulted in no problems at this point Best of luck!
