In Australia DM comes in Benedryl Dry Cough with a dosage of 5mg, I did not know what the dosage was for the german work but looked for a stronger level. Amazon (as always) has a pill (Robe Tablets Cough Suppressant) with a dosage of 30mg.  I have been using this for several&hellip;</p>

The causes of this condition are many, myself I was exposed to numerous dust storms in inland Australia and then coal dust on mines.  However, I was surprised&hellip;</p>

<p>Dont get too concerned about flying.  I was diagnosed with IPF 7 years ago and am still not needing oxygen.  I fly to and from the Cook Islands from Sydney frequently (5-6 hours) and have had no problems. Last year I flew from Australia to England and back, 20 hours each way. Has anyone noticed this?</p>
