There is measurement of how a patient will do at high altitudes like Pike&#8217;s Peak and during plane travel.  Interpretation and recommendations follow.  I am waiting until spring to take my test. <p>The POCs do not deliver enough oxygen for my needs.  I am a high-flow oxygen patient. </p>
<p>The D tank has a capacity of around 425 liters.  I put a single tank in a backpack, and away I go. In fact I have a backpack that holds two D tanks.  It puts me close to the edge of being too heavy but I manage.</p>

Where does one purchase the &#8220;spiral type protective wrapping&#8221; or the red and black hoses you refer to?  Not being a cyclist I am trying to fully visualize your solution. I was diagnosed with IPF in 3/2025, and my pulmonologist prescribed supplement O2 from the outset.  Following the 6-minute O2 test required for Medicare reimbursement for supplement O2, I was prescribed 5 lpm continuous for a stationary oxygen concentrator and 5 &#8220;lpm&#8221; for my portable oxygen concentrator.
