That&#8217;s only a few days of Jascayd.  The key is it must be a covered drug.  I have Aetna Medicare Supplement and they list it as an approved drug and I have a 10% co-pay.  Since Aetna approved the drug, it will allow me to take advantage of the $2100.00 out of pocket. &hellip;</p>

Not full coverage but helps.  And Jascayd/BI Careconnect4me program provides additional resource listings.</p>

My Dr had me stop OFEV and start Jascayd.  The GI issues have been somewhat better but not completely gone.  I do have IPF and had been taking OFEV for 6 years.  Going for my PFT&#8217;s and walking tests in 3 months and will see if any changes.</p>

Started to learn photography and plan to take grandkids fishing when the weather cooperates. Also, just joined a local chess club that encourages beginners (like me). </p>

<p>Regarding mycophenolate tolerance, I&#8217;m on 1500 mg twice a day. I do experience occasional stomach issues, and I’m confident that everyone taking it has a slightly different experience. (With my doctor&#8217;s monitoring, I stopped it for six months and had scans. Normally, my progression has been slow, but after stopping it, the fibrosis&hellip;</p>
