I’ve been on the 150mg since August. The fatigue is pretty constant, in the afternoons especially. It just takes more effort to do normal activities. The abdominal cramping and diarrhea is the most difficult side effect that I face.
I had a similar experience the first time I took it in the fall/winter of 2020/2021 so I discontinued the Ofev. Then last September a high-res ct scan showed more loss in my upper right lobe so I started up again. The side-effects you mention are still there but I am sticking it out. I was diagnosed with IPF in 2015 but there is some evidence from an older X-ray (not high res CT) that I may have had it in 2009. Is anyone on this forum that has had IPF that long? I’m just wondering how long I’ll live and how does one even make that projection?
