I am starting OFEV today and increasing my Mycophenolate from 2000 to 3000mg a-day. Will this help with my shortness of breath?

Not likely, Ofevand possibly mycophenolatr to a lesser degree will slow the progression of the disease. Nothing that might reverse existing scaring is available today. Some meds in very early testing might, but they are years from confirmation and approval. Investigate pulmonary rehab and exercise regularly to the extent you can.

I struggled for 11 months on Ofev. Finally the side effects won and I quit. I’m told 80% do the same. Good luck that you are part of the 20% who can tolerate.

No, but it will probably slow the progress of the disease.
