71 y/o Orthopedic shoulder surgeon with IPF officially diagnosed 8/2020 with HRCT PFTS Open lung biopsy.

Review of previous ct of abdomen showed evidence in Jan 2018. On OFEV since. Underwent autologous stem cell therapy at UNC  Aug 2021. Currently still working 30hrs per week supplemental O2 at night and at altitude.
