GM. I was diagnosed with IPF in 2016 and I am pretty much stable – slight decline

since then. I started laser therapy 8/15/22 – Dr Halls regiment. I also take Esbriet and keep my Vitamin D level relatively high. I am not sure what works but if it aint broken – don’t fix it

It looks like N115 nasal spray may have been approved. I went on the company site- EMPHYCORP and maybe found where it can be purchased . Has anyone tried this?

I am curious why you are taking metformin- is for diabetes? The reason I ask – there has been some trials that suggest it may prevent fibrosis
