I’m 76 and was diagnosed with IPF in the spring of 2022. I was a nurse for 30 years and a hospital chaplain for 15. I’m a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 3.

I believe I registered before but can’t seem to be able to respond to posts. So I thought I’d register again.

My question is if you know of any documents, other than what the drug companies put out, that show the effectiveness of the two most used drugs. My respirologist has not referred me to a pulmonologist and has not started me on any drugs, saying that he did not find them effective for his patients and the side effects didn’t warrant taking them. I’d like to see for myself and read the studies.
