| Short Bio | I’m in congregate housing and not everyone is Covid vaccinated so per Dr’s orders I lived pretty isolated. staff and residents have had a few cases of Covid and the one time I went to the dining room I ended up with pneumonia. However, I have a great dog that keeps me company and makes sure I exercise! |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | I have O2 but don’t need it. I’m next to the ocean and O2 sat’s are normal but I spent five years in Albuq and they were in the mid to low 80s. I used O2 there! Altitude is important!! The fatigue finally got to me with the high Esbriet dose and both my local pulmonologist and the one at the Chest Clinic recommended this lower dose and I felt a difference right away! I actually feel normal again. However, nausea is bad and how can that be?? It never happened on the 801mg high dose. I’m thinking it may be from the old chemo days coming back to haunt me. That happens over the years. |
