| Short Bio | Retired large animal veterinarian and college professor. Born & raised on a small livestock farm. My wife and I started dating in high school and now married over 50 years. First diagnosed with RA a bit over a decade ago and begin to having breathing issues about five years later first suspected to be IPF. In the last five years the RA has been tied to my pulmonary fibrosis (interstitial lung disease). |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | Dyspnea make is tough to remain active but keeping active and following respiratory exercises seems to help both breathing and my attitude. My pulmonologist emphasized managing my weigh and it has help both my breathing and interest in being active. |
