Short Bio	I got PF in Fall of 2022, only discovered while treating pneumoni. I was in the hospital 10 days, twice, before was well enough to come home. On oxygen 2 L; while I feel good and not so bad most days the doctor told me I should call palliative care. I am on the borderline of the final stage.

Best advice for PF symptom management	One day at a time. Eat healthy, move slow and not too far. We’re all on a deadline here, emphasis on the word dead. But that’s no reason to be maudlin about every day. We rejoice in every breath we can have. The rest is in God’s hand.
