Diagnosed in 2018. Have had steady numbers on all tests. Was started on Ofev within a few months of diagnosis. Just recently changed to Esbriet because of kidney problems. Had lost about 35 lbs. while on Ofev because of appetite loss and diarrhea. Since starting Esbriet, weight has gone up, diarrhea has disappeared along with abdominal pain. So far, no need for oxygen and can work out regularly.
