…. Avoid the “ snake oil” cures.  Yoga is nice, not a cure.  Chiropractic, same.  Naturopathic medication, nope.  All manage symptoms true, and it’s great to stay active and practice self care !!!  But there is no magic hidden “ cure”. Spend that money on a nice tropical vacation….
