diagnosed over 10 years ago ILD of unknown autoimmune illness. Great care via Duke and my PCP. On 8 liters now, age 66. I use e tank when out and about. Exercise 60 min 4 days a week at the gym. Also do water walking. Very careful when out and about to avoid contagions. Can no longer fly so happy at home doing short trips. Combivent, albuterol nebulizer and Flovent help with reactive breathing issues. Chose not to Perdue transplant due to weight and other medical issues.
