I recommend that you read Bottle of Lies by Katherine Eban. It is a thoroughly researched volume on the generic drug industry with particular emphasis on India and China.

Hello Charlene…..I am eager to hear from Dr. Chapman had to say. Does he concered about those of us jumping into an egcg regimen? Does he have guidance about how long one might continue the regimen? Does he recommend taking the 600 mg dose all at once on an empty stomach?  These are just a few that come to mind.

I just began taing Ofev three weeks ago and so far have not had diarrhea or other gastrointestinal issues. I do drink a lot of milk but usually it is the A2 variety that researchers say is easier to digest. Perhaps that is a good choice with Ofev.

I find it extraordinary that the NEJM would publish this long letter about a short study of a supplement drug. I  suppose the results, after a mere 14 days of treatment,  were so extraordinary, that they wanted to get the word out. I ordered some easily on Amazon and started taking it last week.
