I&#8217;m doing much the same as you regarding the EGCg. I take 4 capsules of Teavigo by Healthy Origins each morning on an empty stomach. Though the study in the NEJM was conducted over a 14 day period, I have continued this dosage over a 5 month period. Does he concered about those of us jumping into an egcg regimen? Does he have guidance about how long one might continue the regimen? Does he recommend taking the 600 mg dose all at once on an empty stomach?  These are just a few that come to mind.</p>

I&#8217;m taking 600 mg of EGCg every morning as soon as I awaken. Another article in the forum emphasized bioavailability and noted that EGCg was compromised if taken with food. I do drink a lot of milk but usually it is the A2 variety that researchers say is easier to digest. Perhaps that is a good choice with Ofev.</p>

I  suppose the results, after a mere 14 days of treatment,  were so extraordinary, that they wanted to get the word out. I ordered some easily on Amazon and started taking it last week.</p>

<p>Are you on Medicare? If so, Medicare civers about 80% of the cost, just under $10,000 per month. Someone from Open Doors referred me to the HealthWell Foundation. In one phone call, they approved a $9000 grant to me (for a year).
