| Short Bio | 73 yr old white male. Ben retired since 3/1999. Diagnosed with COPD 3 yrs ago & IPF 7 months ago. Was in excellent pulmonary condition until about a year ago. Completed physical therapy 36 visits Baptist memorial hospital. Have Ben going to YMCA 3 time a week 1.5 hrs each. Taking ESBRIET since diagnosed with IPF, with minimal side effects, like of appetite, minimal dizziness & some head aches. Pulmonologist placed me on transplant list but yet to be screened. Still active with wife being excellent caregiver. |
