Diagnosed with IPF 3 years ago. Confirmed by lung biopsy. Since then on Ofev 150 mg twice a day. Have participated in 2 Galapagos trials that “ruined ” my gastrointestinal tract and today I have a lot of issues with Ofev and diarrhea, much more than before participating the trials. My lung function is constantly deteriorating. I am looking for participating in drug trials with the hope to “escape” lung transplant and to get better. For now I have been unsuccessful.
