Biography

I am almost 90.  Last August I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis.  In October I began a two-day a week exercise program at a rehab clinic.  I was not using oxygen at the time.  I had an appointment with my pulmonologist in March and he suggested oxygen for when I am exercising and at night.  I have been doing this for about 10 days and continue exercising at the gym where I live.
