I did the Soup A, Soup B and LC Enhancer for about 4 months (at outrageous prices) and never saw any difference in my condition.  I&#8217;m on oxygen 24/7 and I think my lung condition is slightly worse.  Now I&#8217;m using the AST Enzymes, but am not seeing any improvement there either.  I do&hellip;</p>

My bottles say &#8220;30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.  I haven&#8217;t really noticed a difference, maybe a slight increase in my 02 levels.  Have been taking them about 4 months.  I take turmeric&hellip;</p>

They are very expensive, but I would have continued if I had seen any results.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://pulmonaryfibrosisnews.com/forums/forums/topic/egcg-green-tea-extract/#post-35516"><span class="bb-reply-lable">Reply to</span> EGCG Green Tea Extract</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Every time I took it, it made me throw up.  I am now taking AST Enzymes which a study has shown to reduce fibrin production.  Don&#8217;t know if they do since I haven&#8217;t been back to my pulmonologist since I started them.  At least, I don&#8217;t have any side effect from them.  I certainly don&#8217;t need to lose any weight.  I&#8217;m trying to gain a few pounds.</p>

I started them after reading about a study in which they seemed to help reduce fibrin production.  I take them 3 times a day and have for about 8 or 9 weeks.  So far, I can&#8217;t say that I see any great results.
