Best advice for PF symptom management
  1. Use an oximeter at all times, monitor oxygen and raise the level when active.

Make sure all tanks and concentrators are full during stormy weather.

Get as much outdoor exercise as possible, practice deep breathing several times a day and drink 8  – 10 glasses of water a day.

Make sure your liver can handle Ofev, mine can’t.
