Originally diagnosed with “severe” COPD/emphysema spring of 2019.  My last PFT showed a marked decline so my new pulmonary ordered more tests.  Yes, I do have severe emphysema that is progressing but I also have IPF.  I try to do what I can during my days but I get so tired sometimes that it’s even hard to maintain any enthusiasm.
