I was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis in September 2017. The differential diagnosis is IPF. I believe my condition was brought on by exposure to mould spores. I am extremely sensitive to a musty/mouldy environment which brings on a coughing spasm. I retired from work in August 2018.
