Have polymyositis as well and ILD which my pulmonologist said was PF.  I am currently on 20mg prednisone and 1000mg cellcept.  Attempted to discuss with my rheumatologist about starting on ofev or esbiset but wasn’t interested in discussing it as he wanted me on the cellcept for the PM.
