Diagnosed with early signs of PF in January 2022, revised to IPF in April 2022. Currently taking nintedanib and hoping that the antifibrotics will slow down the progression of this awful disease. I am fundraising with JustGiving/Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis, to raise money for research into finding a cure for PF.

Best advice for PF symptom management

Lots of walking and being outside in nature. Practising deep breathing exercises daily. Maintaining a positive mental attitude, while accepting that we all have down days. Remaining strong for my family.
