Have hypersensitivity pneumonitis which i got 4 years ago from a pet cockatiel. Lost 40 percent lung capacity. Have had flare ups since then every spring and fall. this year 2019 the inflammation never went away. Had surgical biopsy in January but couldnt find cause of flare ups. Just started on mycophenelate which is helping but kills my immune system.
