After one severe mucous incident, the doc added saline to the mix. This gave me mucous relief. I now use the combo “as needed” for relief.  It’s self-medication but helps with intermittent heavy mucous. </p>

After two years, we tried ipratropium bromide and albuterol sulfate (0.5 mg/ 3 mg per 3 ml) mixed in nebulizer with a saline Rx. The albuterol alone has never helped and had given me instant headaches. During a severe mucous episode pulmonologist added the saline. I used it 3 times a day for a month and now use on&hellip;</p>

My wife prefers the Hudson brand cannulas because they are “softer”. I use Salter brand. They are 70-80 cents each when you buy in bulk, so changing frequency is not a big ticket item.</p>

At the same time, my internist put me on Trulicity and changed my kombiglyze to Synjardy (type 2 diabetes).  Within 60 days my pulmonologist had me on O2 and pirfenidone.  Internist&hellip;</p>
