I&#8217;m 74 and was diagnosed with IPF in November 2020.  I believe I started using the Red Light Therapy for my lungs in 2021 not knowing if it was going to help or not.  I did change Pulmonologist January 2023 at which time my FVC level was at 1.99.  I just had a PFT in&hellip;</p>

I have worked hard at increasing my speed to 2.6 although some days I have to decrease the speed for a short time until I have a good oximeter reading.  I would like to walk outside but our air quality is not the best on most days which seems to effect me.  I also do some weights.  My work on&hellip;</p>

In 2023 I required a TKR.  My Pulmonologist wrote a recommendation for dealing with my illness.  <i>Here is what she wrote to the TKR doctor:  She is at increased risk for pulmonary complications related to her IPF- biggest concern<br />

I do have to say that their periodic educational sessions were geared more toward COPD patients than pulmonary fibrosis patients, but I still learned some things like how to deal with stress, diet, etc.  I was able to strength my lung capacity and learned&hellip;</p>

I have had severe diarrhea while being on the Ofev 150.  I was taking 6 Imodium to try to control it and lost about 30 pounds.  2023 was the best I felt since 2020 (no flare-ups).  January 2024 they encouraged me to try the Ofev 100 (to try to control the diarrhea) but my cough got worse.  My Pulmonologist told&hellip;</p>
