Born Eau Claire, WI into Army family. Lived in Alaska, Japan, OK, TX, OH, WI, VA before attending West Point. Career Army in GER, RVN, GA, MI, NY,KOR, PR, VA. MS Engineering, U of MI 1971. Retired 1984 to Orl, FL to work in Defense Simulation and Training Companies. Retired in 2007 after near fatal illness. Lifelong Hunter and Fisherman. IPF Symptoms began 11 Nov 2019 with sudden shortness of breath…Cardiologist extensive checking passed me to Pulmonologist in mid January. Given IPF confirmed diagnosis on 4 March 2020. Began OFEV 7 days ago. On CPAP and oxygen therapies.
