Burnt out Sarcoidosis, surgery CABG, acute SOB with exertion, O2 96-97 at rest, SOB becoming more apparent. Pulmonologist thinks I have PF no test, no clubbing, no cough, no weight loss wants me to take medicine that causes diarrhea. ( seeing new pulmonologist). CABG in April 2019, one failed bypass 2020 stint inserted. HRCT May 2023 no change since 2017, schedule cardiac testing 6/15 see new pulmonologist (2nd time) 6/27 at Jefferson Korman Lung Center
