I still do what I love, just slower. I’m an artist and use watercolor and limited acrylics but suspended oils due to its toxicity. I can play golf but no longer play pickleball. I’d love to work part-time but realize I may not be as dependable as I want so I volunteer.

| Best advice for PF symptom management |
Get lots of rest. Stay as active as you can. Find joy everyday. Socialize and allow friends and family to help. I also use the assistance of a nutritionist and combine Eastern/holistic and western medicine.
