Diagnosed in Nov 2016 with IPF did all pre Lu g transplant testing in Jan 2018. I lost 55 lbs and my situation improved and I am now on the inactive list. I return to UPenn every 3 months to follow up on my lung capacity and do the 6 minute walk every 6 months I have been on Ofev for e years with no side effects so far
