taking Zinc, NAD, Sirtuin, Hartaki (herb) and D3 supplements with the dosage as mentioned on the package.
Thinking of taking serrapeptase as I heard that it will help in reducing mucus.
Doctor haven’t prescribed any supplements other than D3.
