| Short Bio | Life long weekend warrior moved to walking with my tanks after a bout of hypersensitivity pneumonitis which was attributed to influenza A. After three and a half months in three different hospitals, along with three lung collapses, a brilliant doc was finally able to get me back on my feet. I have worked up to four mile walks, though now am content with a mule and a half. On oxygen continuously and still looking at those free weights in my exercise room. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | Research and patience. One thing I’ve discovered is that a properly shaped n95 mask functions as an optimizer. Just by putting on my mask, while outdoors, my O2 reading go up by three to four percentage points. I’ve also switched back to bottles during exercise as the concentrator just can’t keep up as well. |
