75 year old. IPF DX’d about 6 years ago. Pretty much unencumbered till sudden lung collapse 2/22/2022. Three weeks later, after surgical glue job and partial removal of left lung. Still, I was not on O2 till bout of Rhinovirus hospitalized me for few days February of this year. Now using concentrator in home and backpack oxygen pack for yard work and travel. I am very interested in exercises, nutrition alternative treatments, and any other strategies that will preserve my life and quality of life.
