I have hypersensitive pneumonitis. Down to 45% lung function. Have been approved for lung transplant at Tampa General. Low 90’s O2 saturation at rest, no supplemental O2 at rest but sat level drops to around 80 when active. Need 6 liters O2 continuous flow when active. Wondered if serrapeptase would help so I did a search and found this site. Sounds like it will. Currently on mycophenolate (3000mg/day) and prednisone 20mg/day. What brand Serra should I buy? Looks like dosage is covered in above links. Has anyone had any evidence that it dissolves the fibrin / scar tissue in the lungs? Hoping to avoid a transplant.
