| Short Bio | I am 70 years old and was diagnosed with NSIP in May 2023. My husband and I had just sold our business when I became ill. He is my caregiver. Most days I do pretty well. I am able to exercise but have shortness of breath and fatigue. I love to read, play video games and enjoy quiet time and meditation. I really do not miss socializing as I have done that for years. |

| Best advice for PF symptom management | Allow yourself to slow down, be compassionate and kind to yourself. I do better with goals and a routine. It gives me something to strive for and takes my mind off of how much my life has changed. |
