Responding to muscle pain and cramping , I keep Gatorade handy and a couple of times a day I mix it half & half w water. Hello Ann, thank you for the excellent suggestions for how you relieve your muscle cramps. I have also used Gatorade. I sometimes have used pedialyte to relieve cramps as well. Thank you again, mark.
