    Jess; Look into amitriptyline (25 mg) prescription – take one hour before bedtime. A game changer for me with insomnia. ESBRIET nurse shared this tip with me. May need melatonin (3 to 5 mg) also – no prescription.

    Lnour: I have been on ESBRIET for 3 years. I have not had any issues with ESBRIET, regarding foods. I started off like most with one pill, taken 3 times a day, for a week.. Then moved to 2 pills, 3 times a day,  for a week. Then to the 3 pills, 3 times a day, thereafter. Every body reacts different to ESBRIET. I do take mine 4 hours apart…[Read more]

    Charlene,  Not using 02 yet, I monitor my 02 levels when I feel my breathing is labored.  With this humidity, I do see my numbers stay in the lower range of the 90%, averaging 93.  With a little exercition, they will drop as far as 88%, and I can feel the difference.  At rest, with no humidity, my numbers stay around 96.  One thing I have noti…[Read more]

      Hello Rob, reading your recent post, you get your O2 up to 98% excercising on your elliptical bike, how you do that, when I excercise my O2 falls below 88%, and start coughing.. best regards

      Hello Rob, thanks for your reply, I got you now, Yes it happens to me too, resting I got the 98% mark sometimes even 100, but as soon as I excert myself like going uptstairs, comes down to 90 or so. Excercising the only way for me is adding some 02 wich i´m not on yet. Next time I see my Dr will ask for the prescription for a 02 machine, that…[Read more]
