Best advice for PF symptom management | When I was diagnosed with IPF it came as a major shock. At 62 years of age and finally approaching semi retirement my world was badly shaken when I found that the disease or illness was incurable. I am a very positive individual, having attended many leading seminars on personal development and even embarked on writing my own book called ‘Dreamers Move Mountains’, so I had a lot in my locker to help my mind cope with the stress and strain. However during some odd months I experienced the darker side of this illness and had to dig deep to find resolve to help manage and overcome some of the depressing and overwhelming moments. I lost weight as I was too heavy and picked easy exercise routines to create a discipline to help me in my daily battle. I have been involved in the natural health supplement business for over 25 years and had extremely good advisers around so we created a pattern of products to assist our daily troubles. CBD oils and creams, green lipped mussel oil and a blend of vitamins and minerals have all served me well in the last few months. The joint and muscle pain I was experiencing led me to produce my own and Pernactive was born. I highly recommend this way forward if you have a mild to moderate condition. Please do not think I am highly qualified or professional healthcare practitioner …. I am simply a well read individual who has carried out research to help me fight this condition. I am trying to help others by sharing my experience and hope that it can give people a positive uplift. |
