Best advice for PF symptom management

keep up daily exercise even if you are not feeling up to it. Every little bit will help, even 3-5 minutes. The key is to do it consistently and every day.  This really helps.

Pick a time that’ll make it easy to do so. I get up a bit early and exercise before breakfast. After that I have the whole day to do normal chores. Do walking as much as possible.
