Short Bio

I was diagnosed with IPF in 2012, but the disease has not progressed quickly. The specialist felt it could be hypersensitivity to molds. Over the years I have come in contact with mold with strong reaction, but my work environment has been in fairly good offices not near chemicals. I do not smoke. Recently the specialist felt my blood pressure was a little high, and prescribed some HBP medications, first ramipril, then amlodipine. Both made me very tired, and the amlodipine negatively affected my breathing. So we have cut that back to zero. I need to lost about 30 pounds, which may help to lower HBP, we’ll see if I can do that over the coming 6 months.
