    Have been on O.F.E.V.since Nov.1st 2018 and am loosing weight and constant diarrhea simply have no appetite at all.I have home care which provide me with a nurse and a dietician.My nurse has asked me to see my resporoligest as soon as possible.So called him today and have a appointment for a week from this Friday.I think he will lower my dosage of O.F.E.V.The loss of weight is not good as I have lost a lot of my strength.I have to be more pro active with my disease I was very lax to let things go this long my quality of life has suffered.Will let you know how things go as soon as I know.

    • Hello Brian, thank you for keeping our forum up to date on your condition. Before transplant I also too OFEV. I Did have bouts of diarrhea but they were maybe once a month. When I took the medicine I always ate a protein and a light carb. This seemed to settle my stomach down a bit. I really never lost my appetite but I did change my eating habits. I tried not fill up at meals and ate 5-6 small meals a day. I know it’s hard but are you able to to do any type of strength training? I feel this would help you immensely. Have you completed phase 2 pulmonary rehab? I hope doctor can rectify your stomach issues. Mark
